This is normally a group based therapy, more often than not taking place outdoors and can vary from a couple of hours to a full day or a weekend.
These practices and activities are used to deepen our connection to the natural world, of which we are a part and which we may sometimes feel apart from. The focus will vary depending on factors such as where the workshop is held and what the theme of the workshop/event is.
Practices that incorporate activities in nature can be looked at in individual therapy as well.
