All relationships experience difficult times, most of these are fairly easy to navigate and at other times they can feel impossible. Therapy can help couples and individuals to draw on their respective strengths and resources, which may have been overshadowed by their current difficulties.
People can come to therapy for many reasons, some examples are; loss of intimacy, sexual difficulties, extended family or stepfamily difficulties, betrayal, birth of a child, change in economic circumstances.
Relationship counselling can also be of use to non-couples, such as; family members, friends and work colleagues that may be experiencing communication difficulties.
Appointments are an hour long and usually weekly.
